We use a few different vendors that we test for compatibility and robust feature sets.  We typically use Poly desk phones and YeaLink cordless phones as they have worked the best for the typical feature sets most customers request. 

Unfortunately, VoiceNet cannot be used on another network. This is because VoiceNet is designed to operate exclusively on its private network, which allows us to keep your calls secure and private while guaranteeing high-quality phone service. On other networks, we can’t ensure the same level of protection from potential risks, like eavesdropping, or maintain the reliability of your calls over the internet, which could lead to issues like dropped calls or poor audio quality.

However, we’ve got a solution for you! We can provide a free line with a minimal number of handsets that you can plug directly into the VoiceNet network. This way, you’ll still enjoy the secure, clear, and dependable service that VoiceNet offers, without needing to rely on another network.
